New Feature: Gravatar Support

Now if you have not uploaded a photo to your profile, CastRoller will use your Gravatar as your profile photo. We use your e-mail address to find your unique Gravatar. This means that a lot more users will have profile photos, making browsing people much more personal.
You can still upload a profile photo directly to CastRoller. And you can now also clear your current profile photo so that we will use your Gravatar instead. This is useful so that you can have a single place on the web where you keep your single profile photo.
